💸 Cost: Join the whole series for $40. Or pick and choose which Sunday classes you would like to attend for a $12 drop in per/class.

Join us at The Shack for a breathwork and meditation series. Each class will begin with gentle movements using pilates ball to help you release tension and improve breathing mechanics. The class will move into a guided breathing practice using various techniques to further focus and calm your mind. A guided meditation will follow before you enter a final relaxation (savasana)


The Shack serves as a safe, distraction free space where all are welcome to learn and share in practices that make life feel a little less hard.
Here, we move, breathe, inquire, and share in community. Members of The Shack are committed to learning and growing together while attempting to not take themselves or life too seriously.

Kristin Wetzel discovered yoga and breath based practices when entering her freshman year of college in 2006. Years later, Kristin wanted to share her love of movement and breath work with others so in 2022, the Yoga Shack was born.
Kristin is passionate about using ancient practices combined with an evidence based approach to breathing to promote health and wellness. She offers in-person and online yoga & Barre classes, and individualized Integrative Breathing Therapy (IBT) sessions.
